Saif Ali Khan apologises for Natalie Portman film

Saif Ali Khan has been forced to apologise for misleading the media about a so called rom-com he was working on with Hollywood actress Natalie Portman.

Last week the media reported that Khan and Portman will be coming together in a film to be produced by his production house Illuminati Films. Khan was quoted to say he had signed up the actress but this was untrue.

The apology comes after Portman’s legal team threatened to sue the actor for using the actress’ name without her knowledge.

Khan clarified his stance over the weekend, “It was a joke. I’m sorry. I’m just annoyed with speculation on all aspects of my life. I might just start making up stories to entertain myself.”
