Saif Ali Khan: “Akshat Verma’s next not similar to Delhi Belly”

Saif Ali Khan recently met up for a script reading session for Akshat Verma’s next, rumoured to be titled ‘Kala Kaanti’.

According to The Indian Express, when Khan was asked if the film was similar to ‘Delhi Belly”, his reply was, “I don�۪t think so, it�۪s a little different. You should probably ask him (Verma)��_ He is a nice director; he writes well but he also teaches you to act well, so I�۪m excited.”

Unconfirmed reports suggest that last April, Verma was going to make his directorial debut for a quirky comedy but was shelved by a production house and that this is the same film Khan has agreed to do.
