‘Sadak 2’ to focus on characters 20-years on

With rumours abuzz surrounding the sequel to the 1991 hit ‘Sadak’, the latest BizAsiaLive.com has learnt is that ‘Sadak 2’ will fast forward 20 years.

According to Times Of India, the untitled film will see the characters from the first move forward by two decades. Sanjay Dutt and Pooja Bhatt are expected to reprise their roles. Alia Bhatt is rumoured to play the couple’s daughter.

The report adds that Mahesh Bhatt is currently scripting the film and will have a negative character as powerful as Maharani, who was played by Sadashiv Amrapurkar.
