Sabras Radio celebrates Navratri 2014 at studios

Sabras Radio hosted this year�۪s Navratri celebrations at its studios in a huge way.

The event, which was broadcast live on-air, online and via an exclusive video webcast, proved a huge success. Sabras’ Navratri 2014 was hosted by the station’s Gujarati presenter, Shobha Joshi on Sunday 29th September.

Live music was provided by Vikram Nizama from Mumbai and Rajendra Pala from Mumbai. There was also interaction from children with live garba dancing, singing and storytelling.

Raj Baddhan, Operations Manager said, ���Sabras’ Navratri 2014 was a resounding success thanks to the support of our listeners. We had a full-house with both elders and youngsters joining in the colourful cultural event.”

Sabras Radio is currently one of the Asian broadcasters planning to expand to London. Other applicants competing for the Greater London licence include Sunrise Radio, Lyca Radio, Asian Fx, London Air Radio and Masti Radio.
