The promos of ‘Baaghi’ have been receiving much praise, where audiences are looking forward to watching the chemistry between Shraddha Kapoor and Tiger Shroff. With such a positive response, filmmaker Sabbir Khan is apparently already thinking about making a sequel to the romantic-action film.
“Many people have been telling me that ‘Baaghi’ has the potential to be turned into a franchise. I haven’t thought anything about that yet, but if the audience love the film then why not. It all depends on that,”Mid-Day reported the director stating.
After working with Shroff in ‘Heropanti’, Khan had no doubt that the actor would fit the lead role in this film as well. “I always had him for the role as soon as I cracked the idea. I knew the role was very good for him. After ‘Heropanti’, which was my second film, and his first, the idea was not to rush with anything. We both were on the same page,” Khan explained.
He went on to add, “Tiger is a very secure actor, and we knew that sometimes your second film is more important than the first.”
‘Baaghi’ is set to release on 29th April.
