SAB TV to launch new Friday hour strand

Multi Screen Media’s light entertainment channel, SAB TV, is launching a new show later this month, which will occupy 60 minutes on Friday nights.

The programme called ‘Sree Adi Manav’ is inspired by Paritosh Painter’s play ‘See No Evil, Hear No Evil, Speak No Evil’.

Says SAB business head Anooj Kapoor, “Shree Adi Manav is an attempt to offer a fun filled start to the weekend. Every Friday, the show will be like a one-hour telefilm. We intend to strengthen our weekend programming through this show.”

‘Sree Adi Manav’ is about three best friends, Shreedhar Agarkar (Shree), Aditya Tendulkar (Adi) and Manav Kambli (Manav) who are blind, deaf and dumb. Every time the three friends try something new, a lot of confusion is created which ends up in creating a situational comedy.

‘Sree Adi Manav’ will air between 20:00 and 21:00 from Friday 25th September.
