SAB TV’s Diwali marketing campaign has won an accolade beating of stiff competition from other broadcasters including Star TV, ZEE Network, B4U and Colors.
The SAB TV Free-to-Air campaign which executed a diverse range of creatives and mediums to cater all audiences within ethnic markets were nominated for this award due to the positive response from customers who were able to relate to each ethnic creative. Industries including advertising agencies and advertisers were then asked to cast their vote for the winner amongst shortlisted companies.
A CBS Outdoor spokesperson commented, “A diverse selection of campaigns were included in this year’s nominations. Industries such as television, film, food, events were in the wide spectrum of clients. Companies that were shortlisted include Bombay Halwa, Star TV, Asian Wedding Exhibition and Dabur Vatika, which have been commended for their creativity and clear understanding of the markets. From these campaigns, it is evident and commendable that the Asian/Indian brands are recognising the important value and responsiveness of bus and underground advertising.”
