SAB TV axes ‘Gunwaale’; ‘FIR’ goes daily

Multi Screen Media’s light-entertainment channel SAB TV has decided to axe ‘Gunwaale Dulhaniyan Le Jaayenge’, which launched only five-months ago.

Long-running show ‘FIR’, which up until now has been broadcast as a weekly, will become a daily starting Monday 7th September.

“Starting 7th September, FIR will become a daily from a weekly. The show will be telecast from Monday to Thursday at 21:30,” according to a source.

The vacant 22:00 slot, which was originally occupied by ‘FIR’ will be filled with the ‘Best of Yes Boss’ featuring selected episodes from the ‘Yes Boss’ series.

The last episode of the gangster comedy ‘Gunwaale’ will be telecast on Thursday 3rd September.
