Rumours of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s pregnancy untrue?
Since the photos of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan’s recent visit to South actor-politician, S Sarathkumar’s home were shared, it’s managed to caused quite a stir online on whether or not the ‘Fanney Khan’ (2018) actor was expecting again.
Cited on Mid-day, Sarathkumar’s daughter, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar who posted about their catch-up on social media showed the Bachchans along with her sibling, Pooja Sarathkumar, sparked rumours of Rai Bachchan being pregnant due to the way she was seen posing in the photos. The ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ (2018) star was seen either standing at the back in a group shot or with her arm in front of her stomach.

Of course, the rumours have been dismissed as being untrue. A fan commented in response to the speculation and said, “What if she has just gained weight? There’s nothing wrong with that. That’s what happens to a body naturally as you age and don’t go under the knife to look young. Pregnant or not, good for her for staying natural and ageing gracefully.”
This is the not the first time that such rumours have surfaced. Back in 2019 when the couple were holidaying in Goa, similar things had been said then too.
Rai Bachchan is currently working with Sarathkumar for Mani Ratnam’s ‘Ponniyin Selvan’ in Puducherry, which is slated to release in 2022.
