Rs. 3.25 lakh worth stolen at Arpita Khan’s house burglary

Salman Khan’s sister Arpita Khan Sharma’s house was burgled over the weekend, it has emerged.

Times Of India reported the cops saying that Arpita and husband Aayush Sharma only realised the burglary on Sunday after they returned home from a holiday. The theft included cash worth Rs 2.25 lakh, along with a 10 gm gold coin and designer clothes.

A police officer told the publication, “We are looking for a maid named Aafsa, who was working for the family. She has been missing since July 30, and we suspect the theft must have taken place a lot earlier than Sunday.”

A case has been registered under the Indian Penal Code Section 381 (theft by clerk or servant of property in possession of employer).
