Ranveer Singh has worked with many directors in his career so far but one he has not yet worked with is Rohit Shetty. According to the grapevine, Shetty is all set to direct Singh for a commercial which will be shot in April this year.
A source revealed to DNA India, “While he has done hand-to-hand combat stuff in Gunday, this is Ranveer�۪s first stint with core, high-octane action. Rohit is known for the fabulous action in his films, stunts which he choreographs himself along with his stunt masters…��The project kicks off in Hyderabad with a high-powered action sequence. Rohit and Ranveer coming together is exciting because they have very different energies, which lends itself to creativity.”
It is not yet known which brand the said ad film will be for.
There has also been much speculation that Shetty may be directing Singh for the ‘Ram Lakhan’ (1989) remake, however, Singh’s only film in hand currently is Aditya Chopra’s ‘Befikre’.
