Rohit Purohit & Sheena Bajaj become parents to a baby boy

Television stars Rohit Purohit and Sheena Bajaj have embraced parenthood, welcoming their first child, a baby boy, on 15th September 2025. The couple shared the joyful news via a heartfelt Instagram post, featuring a monochrome photograph from their maternity shoot with the caption, “It’s a boy #Blessed”.

Rohit, best known for his role as Armaan in ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’, and Sheena, who rose to fame with Best of Luck Nikki, have been married since January 2019, following a six-year relationship that began on the sets of their show ‘Arjun’.

Sheena has been candid about her pregnancy journey, describing it as both beautiful and challenging. In a recent interview, she spoke openly about the emotional and physical toll, saying, “Motherhood is the hardest journey I’ve been on”.

The couple also moved into their new home just days before the birth, marking a fresh chapter both personally and professionally. Friends and fellow actors, including Romit Raj, Aniruddh Dave, and Pankhuri Awasthy, have showered the new parents with love and blessings.
