Rohan Shah to play Hina Khan’s obsessed lover in Vikram Bhatt’s film

With much anticipation surrounding Hina Khan’s next Bollywood film, helmed by Vikram Bhatt, its now been revealed that ‘Krrish 3’ actor, Rohan Shah will be playing the lead opposite her.

BollywoodLife reports that Shah will be playing an 18-year old boy, who falls for Khan’s character. He will then turn out to be her obsessed lover.

A source told the publication, “Vikram was convinced that Rohan is the guy he wants when he met him for the first time. The story is primarily about Shah’s love for an older girl and how it transforms into an obsession and social media has a major part to play in this fixation.”

Talking about his character, Shah told the publication, “I’m really excited to play this character. I have never played such a role or seen such an intense character on screen in a long time. My character is primarily the reason behind all the twists in the film, so it’s like a dream come true for an actor.”

The film was initially expected to go on the floors in April this year. However, due to reasons unknown, the film’s shooting was put back until 20th August.
