‘Rocky Aur Rani…’, ‘Phone Bhoot’ song shoots on hold due to Covid 19 restrictions

As the Omicron variant of Covid 19 spreads throughout the world, as previously, song shoots in India have been hit by the restrictions. BizAsiaLive.com has learnt that the song shoots for ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ and ‘Phone Bhoot’ have had to be cancelled for now.

A report in E Times suggests that the songs in question were required to have a number of background dancers and therefore have had to be postponed. It’s now known how long this will be for. A senior dancer from the industry revealed to the publication, “Producers are taking precaution because the cases are going up and they want to avoid crowds on the set. This is being done for songs that require a large number of dancers in it.”

It is positive that the industry are making sure everyone is safe by postponing these shoot but it could be some time before they can happen.
