Rishtey Cineplex UK goes BARB from today

Rishtey Cineplex has will officially begin audience viewing data from launch today.

BizAsiaLive.com has been informed that the UK’s only free Bollywood movie channel, has signed up with UK audience measuring body, BARB. It will be interesting to see how the channel will fare in ratings and if it will be able to sustain the legacy left behind by its predecessor, UMP Movies. By first look of Rishtey Cineplex, it will focus on quick television premieres with ‘Ki and Ka’ being premiered first this Sunday night, plus ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ post its Diwali box office release.

Rishtey Cineplex replaces UMP Movies on Sky channel 797 on Sky and on launches on Freeview in the coming days.
