Rishi Kapoor opens up about father’s affairs rather than his own

Rishi Kapoor is not one to hold back. So with the news of him penning his autobiography titled ‘Khullam Khulla: Rishi Kapoor Uncensored’ surfaced there was much anticipation as to what he would write. However it seems, he has revealed a lot about his father’s relationships than his own.

According to DNA India, the actor reveals how his father’s alleged relationship with both Nargis and Vyjayanthimala grew to more than just co-stars. However, Kapoor also spoke about his only link-up in the industry, wife Neetu Singh.

Questioning why Kapoor has revealed all about his father’s relationship and not about his own, a source from the industry asked, “Are we to presume that the only woman Rishi Kapoor has ever been involved with is his wife Neetu Singh? If not, are we to presume that Rishi didn’t want to hurt any living person with his confessions? Is it all right to be candid about the relationships of the dead and not all right to speak honestly about relationships with people who are living?”

Talking about the late great Raj Kapoor, apparently, Vyjayanthimala had denied all reports of a personal relationship with the actor-film maker, in her own biography. In response, Kapoor (Rishi) said, “She had no right to distort facts just because he was no longer around to defend the truth… But I can say with absolute certainty that if Papa had been alive, she wouldn’t have denied the affair so blatantly or called him publicity hungry.”
