Rishi Kapoor confirms son Ranbir not on any social media platform

Unlike many big names from the Indian film industry, actor Ranbir Kapoor has never been on any social media platforms. However, in the past there have been many claims that the actor has indeed stepped into the world of social media, which caused a bit of a stir with his fans. Knowing this, the actor’s father Rishi Kapoor has come out to confirm that any such profile is definitely not that of his son.

Using his own social media profile through��Twitter, the veteran actor tweeted, “Hello friends.This is Ranbirs dad. Just want to state that he’s not on any social platform whatsoever so please don’t get fooled by any dupe.”

He went onto explain, “That message was important to those fans of his who still believe that he is on Twitter. I get requests and complaints regarding him. Sorry!”

He ��may not be on the networking platform, however the junior Kapoor is definitely making it on everyone’s radar when it come to the big screen. His forthcoming release will be in Anurag Kashyap’s ‘Bombay Velvet’ starring opposite Anushka Sharma.
