Rhea Chakraborty’s case against Priyanka Singh to go ahead as planned

Rhea Chakraborty’s case against Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister, Priyanka Singh, is still to go ahead as planned, said the Supreme Court.

Reported on Box Office Worldwide, Chakraborty who filed a FIR against Singh accusing her of arranging a fake prescription for her brother to access banned medication, will now be handled by the Crime Bureau of Investigation (CBI), previously managed by Mumbai Police.

Both sisters of the late actor have been accused of forgery and violation of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act based on the complaint by Chakraborty.

Following the sudden death of the ‘Chhichhore’ (2019) actor last year, his family have accused Chakraborty for playing a part in his demise and she has since been under investigation by multiple agencies.
