Rhea Chakraborty moves Supreme Court over “unfair media trial”

Rhea Chakraborty has approached the Supreme Court for the way the media is covering Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise and putting her in a negative light.

In a second petition filed by the actress, Chakraborty has complained against media reports “blowing out of proportion” in the ongoing investigation into Rajput’s death.

She went on to question why media did not report the death of other actors like Ashutosh Bhakre (32) and Sameer Sharma (44) who had also claimed their lives by suicide recently.

Chakraborty claimed that the ongoing media frenzy surrounding the case was causing her extreme trauma and was an infringement of privacy.

Chakraborty’s affidavit will be heard in the Supreme Court on Tuesday, along with her previous petition relating to the Bihar Police investigation in the actor’s death being moved to Mumbai Police.
