Rhea Chakraborty denied interim protection by Supreme Court

Today was the hearing of Rhea Chakraborty’s plea for the full investigation into Sushant Singh Rajput’s death to be transferred to Mumbai Police. The actress has been denied interim protection from questioning by the Supreme Court, BizAsiaLive.com can confirm.

The actress, who has been rumoured to have been absconding, is now entitled to be questioned by Bihar Police after KK Singh, Singh Rajput’s father, had filed an FIR against her with a list of accusations, including abetment of suicide.

Chakraborty is also accused of taking money from Singh Rajput’s account as well as keeping him locked up. She released a video statement to say that she is waiting for the truth to prevail.
