RGV denies ‘Rangeela’ sequel plans

It has emerged recently that 1995’s ‘Rangeela’ would be getting a modern treatment and a sequel was on the cards. Today, Ram Gopal Varma has denied these reports.

“It’s not true,” said Varma, according to Pinkvilla, speaking at the trailer launch of his next movie ‘Sarkar 3’.

It was thought the cult film was to get a contemporary reworking with new actors.
