Revealed: Why Yaami Gautam lost out on ‘Shaukeen’

After Nargis Fakhri made her exit from ��Shaukeen�۪, makers were on the look out for another heroine but they had a certain specification in mind. It seems Yaami Gautam had been approached for the film but was turned down.

The reason for Gautam not landing the film was unknown until now but it has emerged that she had done a photoshoot in a bikini ��� as per requirements of the film. However, the actress seemed to be a little uncomfortable in the attire and makers decided she wasn�۪t really the kind to fit into the ��Shaukeen�۪ role, opposite Akshay Kumar.

It was at that point that the makers decided not to go ahead and cast her and Lisa Haydon eventually bagged the role.
