Revealed: Why KJo wanted ‘A Flying Jatt’ to be a success

Recent release ‘A Flying Jatt’ (2016) is a film which will give cinema another superhero in modern times after Hrithik Roshan’s Krrish. However, it seems filmmaker Karan Johar is depending on the film’s success before he embarks on producing Ayan Mukerji’s Ranbir Kapoor starrer ‘Dragon’.

“Karan��Johar��will monitor the fate of A��Flying��Jatt��very carefully with his pal��Ekta��Kapoor��who is the producer. Only then would the final call be taken on��Dragon,as the public acceptance of another��desi��super-hero would�� be ��decided on the performance of Tiger Shroff�۪s��Jatt. If , God forbid,��Jatt��underperforms��then��Karan��would produce another film with the potent��Ayan��Mukerjee-Ranbir-Alia team. It�۪s a mix too precious to be squandered on an iffy project”, said a source to SKJ.

The film was expected to roll this year with a release early next year.
