Revealed: Theme of Shahid-Mira Mumbai wedding reception

The theme of Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput’s wedding reception in Mumbai has been revealed.

According to Mid-Day, the reception, which takes places on Sunday night (12th July) at the Palladium hotel in Lower Parel, will have d̩cor by stylist Rachana Lucknowala. She was also pivotal in the design for Salman Khan’s sister Arpita Khan’s wedding reception last year.

Talking to Mid-Day, Lucknowala said, ���Shahid favours amber lights, so the decor will definitely feature it. All the sections are being created with a different mood and setting, each being drastically contrasting from the other. Rustic, rugged and natural organic white – that is what Shahid and Mira’s reception venue will look like.�۝

Apparently, it was Shahid’s idea to rope in Lucknowala to handle the d̩cor of his Mumbai reception.
