Revealed: Sanjay Leela Bhansali gives birthday gift to Ranveer Singh

Ranveer Singh, as BizAsia reported, has moved out of his family home to be in a better distance of the ‘Bajirao Mastani’ sets. Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali has also given the actor a special gift on the occasion of his 30th birthday on 6th July.

Bhansali has decided to show his appreciation for Singh’s dedication to the film by giving him four days leave from the shoot. A source spoke to Mumbai Mirror, “He’s completely committed to bringing the Maratha Peshwa to life on screen. Having acted in Ram-Leela earlier, he has realised that you don’t just work with Mr Bhansali, you collaborate with him to create something special. And he has being doing just that. As a gesture of appreciation for his dedication, the filmmaker has given him an advance birthday gift– a four-day break from work”.

“Before he takes time off he is working round-the-clock to ensure that his holiday doesn’t impact the film’s schedule,” continued the source.

Singh apparently will be taking those days to fly out to enjoy the break with his family and the destination is being kept well-guarded.
