Revealed: Hrithik-Salman avoid each other at IIFA 2016

BizAsia reported yesterday that Hrithik Roshan had tried to avoid Salman Khan at the recent IIFA in Madrid. However, it seems there were occurrences which weren’t reported before to do with Roshan’s performance.

Roshan was seen only for a while at the IIFA press conference two days before the event. Although all the performers were seen sharing the stage together during the event, Roshan had mysteriously disappeared. Interesting, DNA have reported that there was some animosity between Roshan and Khan during the three day event. An insider revealed, “Hrithik had a segment in his act at the grand finale, which required a female dancer. This part was being done by a girl from Shiamak Davar�۪s team. When Salman heard about this, he suggested that instead of an unknown dancer, the actor perform the act with Daisy Shah. Obviously, Daisy performing with a huge star like Hrithik would thrust her into the limelight. It was done by Salman with the intention of helping out his prot̩g̩e.��But Hrithik didn�۪t warm to the idea”.

Roshan appeared to be the only person not at Khan’s suite one evening too. The insider went on to reveal, “When Salman recommended Daisy�۪s name to Hrithik, he could not refuse outright and simply said ���Okay�۝. Later, he went to the award organisers Wizcraft and threatened to pull out if he was forced to dance with Daisy! They handled the situation the best they could, and Roshan Jr�۪s performance happened sans Daisy. When Salman got to know about Hrithik�۪s conversation with the organisers, he was very irritated. He felt that if the actor had any reservations, he should have been honest about it and he would have respected his decision. Hrithik realised that Bhai was annoyed with his stance and to avoid any unpleasantness, he didn�۪t attend the press con or Salman�۪s party”.

It certainly seems there’s something wrong and it could well be that Khan didn’t support Roshan’s stance during his spat with Kangna Ranaut and this could be why Roshan doesn’t really want to know anymore.
