Reliance to launch new drama on Imagine

Reliance Big Productions is planning a new mega drama to launch on Imagine…Dil Se.

The show tentatively titled ‘Begaani Zameen’ will have the backdrop of the rift happening in Mumbai between the Maharashtrians and the UP. The show will be shot in the unexplored locales of Mumbai and also in UP. Recently, the unit shot for a promo at the VT Station of Mumbai, which is a first after the 26/11 attacks.

Mukul Harish who is currently in ‘Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo’ on ZEE TV will play the male lead on the show.

Another new drama, ‘Akarshan’ is expected to replace ‘Jyoti’ in early December.
