As audiences wait in anticipation to see the glorious Rekha grace the screens again, it looks like they’re going to have to wait longer than expected. News has it that some of the scenes in the upcoming ‘Super Nani’ had to be re-shot, delaying the release once more.

The film will see Rekha play a modern nani where many comical situations will be played out. According to reports director Indra Kumar wasn’t happy with some of the initial scenes. Talking to the media, ��Mumbai Mirror��reported a source stating, “At least 20 days worth of footage had to be reshot with Rekha and the other actors. Induji wanted to add better comic punches to the dialogue.”

Kumar is also using this platform for his daughter Shwetha Kumar to make her comeback after four years. ��The actress debut opposite��Himesh Reshammiya in ‘Karzzz’ (2008), and hadn’t made a film since.

‘Super Nani’ will aslo star Anupam Kher and Sharman Joshi, and is set to release on August 29.
