Reena Combo’s short stint at Brit Asia TV has ended we can confirm.
The former Ikonz editor has left to join Brit Asian magazine Fusian as Chief Editor, after nearly six months at the Sky Digital channel.
In 2006, the 26-year old from Wolverhampton left her post as Entertainment Editor of Desi Xpress. Later that same year, she went on to launch Ikonz – a desi equivalent to Heat.
Reena said about her departure: “It was a tough decision, but the best one for me! And that’s what matters more than anything.”
She is expected to join new Brit Asian mag called Fusian as Chief Editor, which launches in September. She will also continue to write columns for mainstream press, as well as taking over as PR manager for new music artists.
