As reported byBizAsia last month, television star Kushal Tandon is no longer debuting with the erotic drama ‘Romila’. While the actor seemed excited to have signed the movie, it was later reported that he opted out after having seconds thoughts about debuting witha film of a bold genre. However, latest rumours suggest that Tandon did not opt out and was in fact asked to leave the project.
“The news that Kushal has walked out of his debut film came from his side because the real reason was that he was being too high handed and was interfering too much with the script, but if this would have come out then it wouldn’t have been nice for the actor,” a source informedMid Day.
Previously having worked as a model, Tandon made his acting debut on television in Siddharth P Malhotra’s ‘Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai’ on Star Plus. He has also participated on popular reality shows such as ‘Bigg Boss’, ‘Nach Baliye’ and ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’.
The actor is now on the look-out for another project to make his big screen debut with.
