‘Ready’ to premiere on Colors twice this month

Colors’ is leaving no stone unturned to ensure it garners huge number of eyeballs for its latest blockbuster premiere ‘Ready’ later this month.

The romantic comedy stars Salman Khan and Asin. It was released in June to packed cinema houses. Incidentally, Colors also broadcast the premiere of Salman Khan’s ‘Dabbang’ earlier this year, which proved a massive hit for the channel.

‘Ready’ was initially expected to air last month but the telecast was changed to coincide with the Diwali celebrations on the channel. The film will be shown on Colors on Sunday 23rd October at 13:00 and 20:00 (in India) and 19:30 in the UK. ‘Ready’ is likely to bring in record-breaking viewership to the channel.

Colors has today unveiled a new schedule with ‘Na Aana Is Des Laado’ being shifted to afternoons at 13:00. Furthermore, to spruce up the primetime schedule ‘Veer Shivaji’ is being extended to five-days, which currently is only shown on Friday and Saturday evenings. ‘Veer Shivaji’ will take the Monday to Friday 20:30 slot. This means, the current show in that time slot ‘Laagi Tujhse Lagan’ will move to afternoons at 13:30. ‘Hamari Saas Leela’ also returns but this time to afternoons at 14:00. ‘Mukti Bandhan’ has been axed. While ‘Bigg Boss’ takes over the late night slot on the schedule.
