Rati Agnihotri’s husband seeks out-of-court settlement

Rati Agnihotri had filed a domestic violence case against estranged husband Anil Virwani on��14th��March.��In the complaint, she said that she had been facing domestic violence for many years. Now, Virwani has said that he would like an out-of-court settlement for the case.

According to the Deccan Chronicle, Agnihotri had also filed another complaint against Virwani on 29th April saying that Virwani had threatened her with a knife. Virwani had gone to the Sessions Court to seek pre-arrest bail and the court granted him interim protection until the case was decided. At the recent hearing Virwani has asked for an out-of-court settlement. His lawyer, Shenal Khairnar said, “We told the court that we want to go for an out-of-court settlement.”

Agnihotri will next be seen in Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Singh is Bling’ slated for an 2nd October release.
