Ranveer Singh to wear 17 kilos armour in ‘Bajirao Mastani’

Ranveer Singh is reportedly set to wear 17 kilos of armour for his upcoming release ‘Bajirao Mastani’.

Apparently Sanjay Leela Bhansali has sourced the original armour suit for his actor, who will be playing the role of a Maratha general.

Bhansali was quite keen for Singh to wear the original armour and wanted to ensure the character depicts reality as much as possible. Singh has already shaved his head for the role.

‘Bajirao Mastani’ also stars Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra.
