Ranveer Singh to be paid more than Varun Dhawan?

Ranveer Singh is still ringing in the success of his latest release ‘Simmba’. The film has ended 2018 on  unexpected high note and his salary will supposedly be on the higher side as well. Reports say that Singh has raised his fees and will be charging more than Varun Dhawan, who was the highest paid from the younger lot last year.

Deccan Chronicle reports a producer saying, “Ranveer is riding a never-before high after the super-success of Padmaavat and Simmba. His equity has shot up to a much higher level than what it was in 2017. Understandably he has hiked his price, he now charges much more than his contemporary Varun Dhawan.”

Singh will next be seen in Zoya Akhtar’s ‘Gully Boy’ alongside Alia Bhatt.
