Ranveer Singh surprised by preparation work for ‘Befikre’

Ranveer Singh is currently on a career-high, having bagged the majority of Best Actor awards for his last release, ‘Bajrao Mastani’ (2015). ��The actor will next be seen in Aditya Chopra’s ‘Befikre’ and has been surprised by the preparation work the film involves.

Speaking to PTI, Singh said, “It’s a light romantic film. One can’t imagine that there is so much prep (preparation) for light romance, but apparently there is… There are a lot of dance forms that I am learning, like a little bit of hip hop, tango… I am trying to up my��dance skill in this film, so let’s see. ��I will put in the hours for rehearsals.”

‘Befikre’ marks the first time director Aditya Chopra has signed on an actor other than Shah Rukh Khan for��the lead role in his directorial. ��The film stars Singh opposite Vaani Kapoor and is slated for release on 9th December.
