Ranveer Singh on media frenzy surrounding wedding: “It was too much”

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone got married in November last year, which attracted global media attention. The wedding took place in Italy, followed by grand receptions in various parts of India subsequently.

Talking for the first time about the attention, his wedding attracted by the press, he told GQ magazine, “It was… Too much. We worked hard not to feed this focus on personal lives. But it’s definitely much easier now that we’re married.”

Asked how life has changed for him after marriage, he added, “I’ve become a family man, a proper homebody.”
