Ranveer Singh not in running to host ‘Bigg Boss 8’?

The race to find a host for ‘Bigg Boss 8’ seemed to have hottened up this week with different names being put into the mix. However, once such name that can be omitted is that of Ranveer Singh as the actor confirmed not being approached for the show which will the first season not hosted by Salman Khan.

Singh, talking about a move to the small screen, told Koi Moi, “���I would love to do television. I am naturally fun and I try to bring the same energy when I am hosting. I recently hosted the GiMa Awards too and it was a blast. Though hosting is very taxing”.

“Whenever I go to any television show to promote my film, the show producers are floored. I think I have a knack for television. However, I haven�۪t been approached for��Bigg Boss 8��so far. If television comes my way and I can make room for it in my schedule, I will do it,” he added.

One wonders whether the likes of Ranbir Kapoor and Hrithik Roshan are also just names which have fallen into the race and perhaps not approached at all?
