After the successful collaboration with Rohit Shetty in ‘Simmba’(2018), Ranveer Singh is all set to reunite with the filmmaker for ‘Cirkus.’ Singh, who has been currently shooting at a studio in Mumbai, will next be heading to Ooty with the team for the final schedule of the film.

According to reports, the production will head to Ooty in February for a week-long schedule, reports Times of India. The location was apparently chosen due to Shetty’s love for the hill stations and he locked in on this location as the cast will be able to film important outdoor sequences.

The film will also star Jacqueline Fernandez, Varun Sharma, and Pooja Hegde in key roles. ‘Cirkus’ is an adaptation of William Shakespeare’s play, ‘The Comedy of Errors.’

Singh will next be seen in Kabir Khan’s ’83,’ where he will be playing cricket legend Kapil Dev. The movie also stars and is co-produced by wife Deepika Padukone. The movie was supposed to release last year but was pushed ahead due to the coronavirus pandemic and lockdown. The exact release date is yet to be announced.

Singh will also be seen making a special appearance in Shetty’s ‘Sooryavanshi,’ alongside Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif.
