Ranveer Singh heads back to Switzerland

Ranveer Singh, brand ambassador of Switzerland Tourism, is all ready to head back to the country again.  Whilst previously he had gone on a personal holiday, this time around Singh will be visiting in his official capacity as ambassador.

Those who follow the star on social media would have seen him exclaim his love of Switzerland last year through the various activities he underwent including paragliding, sky-diving and chocolate making.  The actor had even taken a picture with the Yash Chopra statue that was erected in memory of the late director with many of his poses showcasing him as the quintessential Yash Raj hero.

The actor will be accompanied by some close friends although rumoured girlfriend Deepika Padukone is not expected to attend with him.  The actor is extremely excitable about his upcoming trip and Deccan Chronicle quoted him as saying “I can never get enough of Switzerland! I am so excited to explore this gorgeous country again; this time as its brand ambassador”.

Singh who is busy shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmavati’ has managed to take some time out and sees it as his chance to relax.  “It’s the best place to relax after a tight schedule and get re-energized. On my last trip, I tried a variety of things which I had earlier only heard of but have now crossed off my bucket list. I can barely wait to reach Switzerland and see what adventures the Swiss winter has in store for me”, he added.
