Ranveer Singh denies showing wrath towards photographer

BizAsia reported a couple of days ago about Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone being spotted getting cosy at Ahana Deol’s wedding reception. It seems the former was unhappy with being photographed while doing so and therefore got very angry on a photographer who was appearing click happy.

There were reports that Singh manhandled the photographer but this has been since denied by the actor’s team. Bollywood Life quote a statement, “At the aforementioned private function, the person in question was surreptitiously clicking pictures of Ranveer from behind the DJ console without his consent. After letting this pass for a considerably long time, Ranveer started feeling uncomfortable because of this man�۪s persistent and unwarranted intrusion. He then went up to the man and requested him to delete the pictures. At no point did he assault the person, that is a flagrant exaggeration of the incident.”

Singh and Padukone although otherwise open about their relationship, have not gone on record to say what their official status is.
