Ranveer Singh has endorsements galore to his name and he is definitely hot property when it comes to brands. Recently, the actor has been given flak for an advertisement where he is seen carrying a lady over his shoulder to the slogan “Don’t hold back. Take your work home”. Although the brand Jack & Jones have removed the campaign already, Singh has now issued a statement of apology.

Singh’s statement reads, “It was important to give the brand creative freedom while designing their campaign, but I guess we got it wrong on one of those billboards and I’m sorry this happened but it’s a thing of the past.. we rectified it immediately by having that hoarding taken down ASAP from everywhere over 30 cities overnight. I treat all women with the utmost respect both professionally and personally and would never do anything to disrespect them”.

The ad was pulled from the social media pages of the brand and the billboard has also been removed, as confirmed by Jack & Jones.
