Ranveer & Anushka throw caution to the wind

It�۪s the most overused clich̩ in tinsel town. Every time news of the proximity between co-stars breaks out, they almost always use the age old denial in public by stating that they�۪re nothing more than ��just good friends�۪. Ranveer and Anushka too have stuck to their guns whenever questioned about the status of their ��friendship�۪, but it seems the pair has thrown caution to the wind recently with overt public displays of affection.

According to an article in Mumbai Mirror, something of a similar nature happened recently at a suburban sports club in Mumbai that Ranveer works out at. As per normal he arrived at the venue and had to check in at the reception, but what made heads turn was the fact that he showed up hand in hand with his ��Band Baaja Baarat�۪ co-star.

Upon realising that they were being watched, Anushka reluctantly let go of Ranveer�۪s hand and headed straight back to the car park and into his car.

The pair sparked off stories of their romantic liaison ever since they starred in the surprise hit ��Band Baaja Baarat�۪ in 2010 but these stories lost steam once it was rumoured that Singh had a small crush on his yet to be released ��Lootera�۪ co star Sonakshi Sinha.

However, this latest bit of news seems to affirm that they are indeed more than just friends.

Perhaps its time they took a leaf out of Saif-Kareena�۪s book and admit to the world that they are indeed a young, normal couple in love, who have no qualms in admitting their fondness for each other. Over to you Ranveer, Anushka.
