Rani Mukerji’s brother turns executive producer for Yash Raj Films

Rani Mukerji’s brother, Raja Mukerji, has put his television production business to the side, with no plans of reviving it, as he has joined the Yash Raj Films (YRF) team.�� Raja is working for YRF as an executive producer.

Clarifying the news to DNA India, Raja said, “I am an executive in production, working on films here, I am working on a film called ‘Fan’ which stars Shah Rukh Khan… YRF is one of the biggest production companies in Bollywood.�� My TV production has taken a back seat.�� There are no plans to revive it as I am devoted completely to YRF.”

Raja also went on to add that he had planned on joining YRF for quite some time and is fortunate for things having fallen into place.

On his brother-in-law, and now boss, Aditya Chopra, Raja added, “Adi is extremely sorted, highly talented and knows exactly how and when to fire his guns!”

Rani Mukerji married Aditya Chopra last year, after having been dating for quite some time. The Mukerji family had in fact shared a good rapport with the Chopra family since much before.
