As the Indian film industry attempt to widen their genre’s to cater to the masses, there are still only a handful of performers who are open to doing it all. Veteran actor Randhir Kapoor does not fall under this category, and though he may enjoy watching such films, he isn’t keen in getting involved in them himself.

With films like ‘Grand Masti’ (2013) creating the ‘sex-comedy’ tag, Kapoor apparently expressed that doing such films was not his thing. “No, I wouldn’t. I like to see them, but I won’t like to do a film like that. I prefer films like ‘Super Nani’ because I can connect with it,” Times of Indiareported the actor explaining when he was asked if he would act in those kind of films.

Talking about his forthcoming project ‘Super Nani’, the veteran actor will be seen sharing the screen with legendary actress Rekha. Talking of working with the films director Indra Kumar, Kapoor added, “‘Super Nani’ is a family entertainer. I am happy working with Indu because the role is good and so is the money.”

Also starring Sharman Joshi and Anupam Kher, ‘Super Nani’ is set to hit the silver screens on October 31.
