Randeep Hooda happy with ‘Highway’ reviews

Randeep Hooda plays the role of a captor in ‘Highway’ which released on Friday. The film have received mixed reviews but both his performance and that of Alia Bhatt’s have been appreciated. Hooda is happy with the reviews his performance has received.
“The last time I received rave reviews was for Jannat 2. The response has been overwhelming. It is challenging to portray a character when you can۪t take the aid of the spoken word,” said Hooda, according to Deccan Chronicle.
‘Highway’ travels through many states of India. Talking about the travelling experience, Hooda comments, “That was the best part. Every morning we would wake up to new scenery, a new culture. We would travel for long hours by car or truck and shoot in remote locations. It felt good to be away from phone and TV for a while. In real life, I hardly travel, but I read a lot, which I think is a journey in itself. As a child, I was in boarding school and for me holiday meant going home to parents and grandparents. So no I۪m not used to travelling to exotic locations”.
‘Highway’ is directed and co-produced by Imtiaz Ali and presented by UTV Motion Pictures.
