Randeep Hooda has expressed his admiration for Salman Khan’s fitness dedication. The actor believes Khan has inspired a generation of health conscious youth.
As reported by Bollywood Life, Hooda attributed the focus of body confidence to his ‘Sultan’ (2016) co-star. “I think Salman has contributed a lot to the popular culture of men being fit. It is not just about sports or bodybuilding. It is about body imaging and it is about self confidence. When you go out in a T-shirt and your biceps pop out it is always good” said the actor.
The actor also went on to say that fitness does not differentiate between gender as keeping fit is not just for males but that females have also taken more interest in their health. “There was a trend about women being skinny, but now the trend has changed for good. It is more about being muscular and more toned… So it is not gender specific.”
Looks like Hooda’s lifelong dedication to his body and health is replicated across the industry.
