Ranbir Kapoor throws party but Katrina Kaif isn’t invited

News about Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif’s apparent break-up have taken an ugly turn. Although the two are said to have started shooting for the Mumbai schedule of their forthcoming film ‘Jagga Jasoos’ together, it seems they are otherwise staying out of each other’s way. News has it that Kapoor threw a party at his new home since moving out of the couple’s apartment. However, it seems he didn’t invite Kaif.

Kapoor is thought to be currently residing at Wilson Apartments on Hill Road. He apparently threw a bash and many celebrities were seen coming and going but there was no sign of Kaif. According to TOI, Kapoor also goes for walks at night but not without his bodyguards.

Kaif was also said to have moved all of her belongings back to her old apartment when the break-up happened but it’s now thought that she is still staying at the Carter Road apartment, for which the couple are paying around Rs 12 lakhs a month.

Interestingly, Kaif has been nothing but professional even though her personal life might be in turmoil. She will be seen next in Abhishek Kapoor’s ‘Fitoor’ which will release on 12th February. A source told India Today, “Katrina has not even taken one day off post her break-up, and has been bang on schedule for promoting Fitoor. In fact, the actor has allotted more dates than she usually assigns for promotions. It’s been learnt that Katrina has given around 25 days to promote Fitoor”.

The couple have been living together since 2014 and have been dating for about six years. Reportedly, the reasons for the break-up are many but with an upcoming film in process, it may well be that some time apart is just what they need to come back together stronger.
