Ranbir Kapoor still asking for villainous roles

With so much talent cropping up in Bollywood, it’s no surprise when even established actors have yet to do different types of roles. Despite having a whole host of different types of roles, actor Ranbir Kapoor feels he is yet to conquer a particular type of character.

Having done the chocolate boy hero, a struggling musician and a deaf and mute boy, ��Kapoor for a while, has had his eye set on a typical bad guy role. NDTV��report the actor explaining, “I would love to play a negative role, something that is like an anti-hero. Something without guitars, rose and without a heroine. I have been asking this for quite a long time, and I hope the directors are hearing me out and come out with scripts like that.”

Talking about filmmaking from the past and present, Kapoor goes on to add, “There are so many challenging roles now. There are more stories to tell. Back then, there were more society problems (in films). Now, we have wider things to make.”��And it seems, a negative role would definitely get the ball rolling again for Kapoor to be seen in a new light.
