Madhuri Dixit is gearing up for her Marathi debut with director Tejas Prabha Vijay Deoskar’s ‘Bucket List’ – a film about a journey of self-discovery. The film is being presented by Karan Johar and reports say that Ranbir Kapoor has been roped in for a special appearance.
“Ranbir is a huge Madhuri fan and when he was approached for this film he readily agreed. It is only a special appearance and he shot for it a while ago. The makers are really happy with the result,” informs a source close to the development
While speaking about the ‘Dhak Dhak’ girl a few years ago, Kapoor had been quoted as saying that his heart only beats for Dixit and it had been a childhood dream to dance with her which was fulfilled when she agreed to do “Ghagra,” reports Pune Mirror.
‘Bucket List’ also marks Dixit’s reunion with her ‘Hum Aapke Hain Koun…!’ (1994) co-star Renuka Shahane. While speaking to the media back in January, Deoska had revealed that the film is the story of a housewife with a lot of responsibilities. “It’s a full time job and ours is an uncommon story of a common character,” he asserted.
