Ranbir Kapoor-Anurag Basu join hands with Disney

With Ranbir Kapoor venturing out into production with producer friend Anurag Basu, the pair have come up with the idea of making a Disney film, that will turn into a franchise.

To be co-produced by UTV and Picture Shuru Productions (Kapoor and Basu’s production house), Times of India report that the film titled ‘Jagga Jasoos’ will be a two movie production. Currently at the scripting stage, the first film is said to start shooting next year.

There is no word as to whom the team have decided to cast. This is the first time a film like this will be produced in India. It seems like Kapoor and Basu will be aiming high to gain high results for their production house.
